• Avast network of 44 Tele-communication Training Centres - Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre (ALTTC) at the apex.
• ALTTC develops and imparts training in high-tech telecommunications and modern management practices for the base, middle and top level engineers and managers of India and countries of ESCAP region, including English speaking countries of Far East, Middle East and Africa.
• Trainees from foreign telecom administrations, sponsored by ITU and APT regularly participate in the training programmes offered by these centres.
